From the airport to your town

The airport publishes a connection via bus 15 to Burgas South. Continue from sector 3 towards Nessebar/Sunny Beach or sector 4 towards Pomorie centre; Sveti Vlas generally adds a local connection. Read the 15/15A direction carefully: the published route alternates between Terminal 2 and the airport roundabout. The last listed 23:15 departure is from Angel Dimitrov Street in Sarafovo, not from the airport. No direct airport-to-town stop timetable or last complete connection has been verified.

The return journey: three different options

These replace the older 2024 winter PDF as the current source; they do not yet establish the January 2027 service. Pomorie’s undated municipal Sunny Beach times conflict with the October operator timetable, which lists route 7 only on working days.

Taxi or booked transfer: agree the full journey

The airport names Eko Taxi as its terminal taxi provider and publishes +359 879 241 641 and +359 878 443 576 for enquiries. Use the airport’s taxi page to reach the provider rather than assuming a price from a travel forum.

Request a written quote to the complete address. Include passenger and luggage numbers, arrival details and any mobility requirements. Ask whether waiting after a delayed flight, night arrival, luggage, parking and card payment are included. Confirm the meeting point and cancellation terms. A provider being listed by the airport establishes an enquiry route, not a guaranteed car or fare for your booking.

Try an everyday journey from a named starting point

Sveti Vlas

Start at the Town Hall on Tsar Simeon 17A and try the route to Life Hospital, Stara Planina 10. For a Burgas appointment, plan the additional trip to Sunny Beach and onward to Burgas South, then city bus 11 and the walk into the hospital. Line 5’s 05:50 and 11:05 departures from Sveti Vlas are marked as continuing to Burgas on working days. The table does not name the Sveti Vlas boarding stop, so those are not departure times at the Town Hall.

Nessebar

From Artium on Julieta Shishmanova Square, try a useful New Town errand: the Health House at Ivan Vazov 11 and Afya pharmacy at number 9. For Burgas, line 22 names Festa Panorama as its New Town stop; line 10 serves Old Nessebar. Choose the stop that fits your address, then allow separately for city bus 11 from Burgas South to MBAL and the hospital entrance. No stop-to-hospital journey time has been measured.

Pomorie

Start at the tourist office on Tsar Asen 1: Afya on Solna 29 and MBAL on Parashkev Stoyanov 1 give you two useful local destinations to try. For a Burgas appointment, use the Pomorie-centre service rather than assuming a through-bus from the district comes into town. After Burgas South, city bus 11 and the hospital entrance are a separate leg. The centre timetable does not identify the exact boarding curb; the tourist office can help locate it.

For an appointment at University Hospital Burgas, use 73 Stefan Stambolov Boulevard as the destination. Reaching Burgas South is only the intercity leg: city bus 11 continues via West Bus Station to MBAL, followed by the walk to your department. The €0.80 onboard city ticket is additional. Confirm the clinic and entrance when booking; no total journey time is established here.

Pomorie centre is different from the through-bus stop

Route 7 between Sunny Beach and Pomorie centre runs on working days in the timetable effective 9 October 2026: three departures each way. It does not run on weekends or public holidays in that issue. The separate centre–Burgas service has weekend trips. For a local hospital journey, municipal line 2 lists an MBAL stop; its printed times are from the St George starting point.
